Who are we?

Rise up house

We are a supported housing provider for 16-18 year olds. We have a passionate team of experienced staff dedicated to the care, support and growth of Care Experienced young people transitioning into adulthood.

Our staff team is made up of staff with lived Care Experience, Social Work and Safeguarding qualifications.

What we offer

Rise Up House is a semi-independent supported accommodation provider offering a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for vulnerable young people aged 16–18. We specialise in supporting care leavers who are transitioning from being looked-after children, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASCs), and those at risk of homelessness or exploitation.
