Rise Up House provide Trauma informed Emotional support in an Environment which is Nurturing and Sensitive.

TEENS model of support

All staff at Rise up house obtain or are working to obtain a Level 2 in counselling, to enable them to effectively communicate with young people struggling with their mental health. Rise up house also has onsite weekly counselling included for residents who are assessed as being able to benefit from it.

Trauma informed

All staff at Rise Up House are fully trained and dedicated to using a Trauma Informed approach. All staff have their own lived experience and the relevant training needed to have the patience and care needed to effectively use this approach and take each young person as they come.

Emotion support

All staff at Rise up house obtain or are working to obtain a Level 2 in counselling, to enable them to effectively communicate with young people struggling with their mental health. Rise up house also has onsite weekly counselling available from a qualified counsellor.

Enviroment

All staff at Rise Up House are committed to providing a safe, calm and inclusive environment where Care Experienced young people can settle and proudly call home.

All staff at Rise Up House are committed to caring for and protecting our residents whilst assisting them with their personal growth and goals, allowing them the chance to be the best person that they can.

All of the staff at Rise Up House commit to being open, honest and transparent, with clear boundaries.
