We provide fully furnished supported accommodation along with consistent, flexible, tailored person-centred support specific to each persons needs. This service builds on the trauma-informed model of Rise Up House, and the outreach team similarly empowers young adults to develop their independence skills, emotional resilience, and confidence, whilst offering support and guidance on community integration ad British values.
