Rise Up House outreach

Rise Up House Outreach service provides high-quality supported accommodation for vulnerable young adults aged 18–25 and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness 

Our offer...

We provide fully furnished supported accommodation along with consistent, flexible, tailored person-centred support specific to each persons needs. This service builds on the trauma-informed model of Rise Up House, and the outreach team similarly empowers young adults to develop their independence skills, emotional resilience, and confidence, whilst offering support and guidance on community integration and British values.

Our aims & Objectives

  • Deliver an affordable consistent trauma-informed outreach service that supports independence and individuality.

  • Empower residents to develop the skills needed for adulthood and tenancy sustainability.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, and community agencies.

  • Support with engagement in education and employment.

  • Improve long-term resilience and stability

  • Provide specialised UASC Support – Assistance with British Residency Permit (BRP) applications, Travel Documents, solicitor and court appointments, referrals, support to appeal rejected applications, and integration support. We also provide English language support and guidance, ESOL homework assistance, and a culturally sensitive welcome pack.
